We are seeking a skilled Pizza Production Specialist to join our team at Flippers Pizzeria. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas using all-natural ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage fresh dough made on-site, cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
- Stretch, top, and cook pizzas according to our proprietary methods
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes using various kitchen utensils and equipment
- Receive and fulfill delivery or takeout orders in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Must be at least 16 years old to hand-stretch pizzas
- Must be at least 18 years old to use our mixer and food processor
- Possess a sense of urgency and teamwork mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Competitive salary: $15-$20 per hour, based on experience
