About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Lakewest OR. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and efficient patient care in a primary scrub position.
  • Assist with technical responsibilities in assigned operative procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate instruments and supplies are present and in proper working condition.
  • Support the operative team and actively participate in the quality improvement process.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technologist program or completion of a military Surgical Technologist training program.
  • Thorough knowledge of asepsis, instrumentation, suture, and surgical procedures.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. Additionally, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of concentration.
