Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Integrated Facility Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct project research and analysis to inform project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, architecture, or engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
