About the Role

RPC Staffing is seeking a talented Medical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team

As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of medical technologists and laboratory technicians.

You will play a critical role in maintaining quality control, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and developing laboratory policies and procedures.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., medical technology, biology, chemistry).
  • Registered by the ASCP, AMT, or AAB.
  • Valid Texas Laboratory Supervisor's License.
  • Over one year supervisory experience preferred.
  • Over six years of prior laboratory experience, including over three years at a Medical Technologist III.

Compensation Package:

  • Estimated salary: $86,000 - $91,400 per year, depending on experience.
  • 5% annual bonus potential.
