Caregiver Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Innovations. As a key member of our elderly care team, you will play a vital role in providing holistic, activating care and creating a comfortable atmosphere for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all departments within the facility, as well as therapists and service providers
• Maintain contact with caregivers and guardians
• Provide individualized care and support to residents
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Completed a one-year vocational training as a nursing assistant or in elderly care or health and nursing care
• Previous work experience in a care setting is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and a structured work style
