Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling to patients and their families. You will work with a diverse population, addressing a wide range of social and emotional problems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling to patients and their families
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate discharge planning
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical records
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Minimum one year hospital or outpatient experience in mental health care
  • Experience working with a diverse population
