We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Cambridge Health Alliance.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the professional development of nurses and other healthcare personnel within our organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing education and competency programs.

  • Contributes to the development of policies and procedures related to nursing education and practice.
  • Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to address complex patient needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to nursing education and practice.
  • Fosters a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the nursing profession.

Education and Experience:

  • A master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution with current licensure and relevant certifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing education, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
