At K.A. Recruiting, Inc., we are looking to hire a skilled laboratory professional to join our team at a full service clinical laboratory in Kentucky.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a BS or AS degree and MT/MLS/MLT Certification through ASCP (or equivalent) to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of previous experience, preferably in Chemistry and Quality Control.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work in a dynamic environment within various departments, including Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Allergy testing, Autoimmune testing, Cepheid, Reference area, and Phlebotomy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth lab operations and high-quality patient results.
Requirements
  • BS or AS degree in a related field.
  • MT/MLS/MLT Certification through ASCP (or equivalent).
  • At least one year of previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Experience in Chemistry and Quality Control is preferred.
Compensation Package
