About the Role

The Senior E-commerce Listing Specialist plays a pivotal role in the success of our e-commerce operations, contributing to the achievement of production and sales goals at our E-commerce facility. This position requires a deep understanding of current trends, sales analysis, and the ability to maximize value for each donation in an online setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production: Stay up-to-date on current trends, analyze sell-through and price points by category, and determine items to list and group accordingly.
  • Services & Programs: Foster a culture that promotes employment and a quality participant experience.
  • Teamwork: Contribute to a culture that recognizes and rewards individual initiative and teamwork, promoting high employee morale and productivity.
  • Safety & Risk: Adhere to safety and risk procedures and initiatives.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain housekeeping standards on a daily basis.

About You

We're looking for individuals with strong organizational skills, quick decision-making abilities, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize. You should be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and customers, and have a high level of initiative and self-motivation. Prior experience analyzing sales trends and working with diverse online platforms is preferred.
