Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated School Psychologist to support students' mental health and educational needs. This role is crucial in fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring that students receive the necessary support to thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students referred for psychological assessment and provide recommendations for suitable educational interventions.
  • Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams and Child Study Teams to assist in developing tailored plans for student success.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program meetings and other planning sessions.
  • Conduct both group and individual therapy sessions to address students' emotional and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting or pediatric environment is preferred.
  • A Master's degree in School Psychology is required.
  • Possession of a valid Psychology License in Texas is necessary.

Employment Details:
This is a full-time, contract position. The work hours are structured to accommodate the needs of the school and its students.
