Role Summary:
We are in search of a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in maintenance who are eager to contribute to a collaborative environment and provide exceptional service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to execute maintenance services effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents to address maintenance needs.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Proficient in various maintenance services including heating, air-conditioning, and general construction.
- Ability to operate both hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
Physical Requirements:
