Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Residence Inn Houston Downtown/Convention Center. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing supplies, and removing trash and dirty linen.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as changing AC filters, cleaning AC coils, and touching up paint on walls and molding.
  • Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
