Premier PCA/HHA Position

CareConnect is a leading provider of home health care services, and we are seeking a talented Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. As a PCA/HHA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
Main Responsibilities- Provide personalized care services to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel.
- Certified PCA or HHA with a valid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
