Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health, providing exceptional care to patients in various settings, including medical, surgical, and emergency departments.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and implement nursing care plans for patients with diverse needs
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver compassionate care and support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic arrhythmia, ACLS, and NVCI certifications within specified timeframes for specific units
- Competitive salary: $95,000 per year
