What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate project scopes and develop job plans for review by the Director of Facilities and Maintenance.
  • Determine and report materials, manpower, and cost estimates to complete jobs.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including work orders, purchase orders, and sales receipts.
  • File equipment damage and loss reports, as well as accident reports, in a timely manner.
  • Return unused stock and materials to the facilities maintenance department.
  • Perform repair work using the latest technology, following local and state regulation codes and requirements.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in property management and facilities maintenance.
  • Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance procedures, including material properties and applications, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Valid Mass. driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Salary: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $44,800 and $49,600 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $22-24.
