Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical therapy needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments and interpret examination findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction.
- Administer and prescribe modalities and other physical agents to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Develop and implement exercise programs to enhance patient mobility and function.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and self-care strategies.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and Kaiser Permanente policies.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist License in California (or eligibility for licensure).
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
