Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer utility service procurement.
  • Implement and maintain the utility allocation system (CIRCUITS UA).
  • Develop and maintain utility technical databases and reports.
  • Provide customer liaison service for utility billings.
Requirements

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Assists to maintains data such as meters and meter data, facility data, tenant data, utility production data and accurate consumption data for billing and reporting purposes.
  • Follows all rules and regulations regarding commercial utilities.
  • Runs allocation reports and billing output through utility databases.

Work Environment

Most work is performed in an office environment although visits to the various facilities and utilities plants and distribution systems throughout the activity occurs a considerable amount of time.

Incumbent is exposed to such things as noise and excessive heat with the boiler facilities and other areas. Personal Protective gear must be worn during such visits, including a hard hat, safety shoes, coverall, gloves, hearing protection, safety glasses, etc.
