Job Summary:

The Bell Captain is a key member of our front-of-house team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. As a Bell Captain, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and setting the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and schedule the van drivers as required and needed to ensure efficient guest transportation.
  • Coordinate guest service efforts to include group arrivals and departures, maximizing the guest experience through top-quality customer service.
  • Provide information and assist staff in recommending area restaurants, theaters, community events, and activities to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
  • Greet guests, offer assistance with check-in/check-out, deliver laundry, and store luggage.
  • Coordinate and provide guest transportation as required by the hotel.
  • Oversee the maintenance program of company vehicles, cleaning schedule, refueling, and trip logs.
  • Follow-up on any complaints, problems a guest may experience in a timely and professional fashion to ensure a quality guest experience.
  • Implement emergency training and procedures to ensure appropriate protection of the hotel's guests, staff, and company assets.

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of guest services and hotel policies or operations.
  • Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
  • Driver's License as required by state.
