Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients and their families to ensure optimal nutritional health during their cancer treatment.
- Implement tailored nutrition therapy aimed at supporting conventional cancer therapies, enhancing immune function, and improving overall vitality.
- Focus on preserving lean body mass, rebuilding tissue, and minimizing infection risks through effective dietary strategies.

This role demands a strong emphasis on patient-centered care, effective teamwork with healthcare professionals, and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of our patients.

Compliance and Standards:
Adhere to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute (OCSRI) Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least one year of experience as a registered dietitian, preferably in oncology.
- Maintenance of Dietetic Registration and ongoing professional development through Continuing Education units.
- Proficient in computer usage and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn about electronic medical records.
