Position Overview: The Multi-Unit Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing several Dunkin' establishments, typically managing between three to five locations. This position reports directly to the Franchise and Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the hiring, training, and professional development of Restaurant Managers and Crew Members.
• Recognize and promote employee strengths, achievements, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor training progress and provide necessary follow-up to ensure effective learning.
• Ensure compliance with Dunkin' Brand standards, recipes, and operational systems.
• Support sales objectives by creating actionable plans for seasonal forecasts.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to maintain adherence to financial budgets.
• Assist in the daily operations of the restaurants, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Identify and address challenges within the restaurants while empowering team members to take initiative.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work on weekends and weekdays.
• Willingness to travel within the state as needed.
