We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide essential personal care services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. The role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the comfort and safety of patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with laundry and light housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Provide medication reminders to ensure adherence to prescribed treatments.
  • Monitor and report any significant changes in the patient's health status to the supervising nurse.
  • Prepare and serve light meals, assisting with feeding when necessary.
  • Take and document vital signs, including temperature.
  • Support patients with mobility and ambulation.
  • Guide patients through simple exercises and range of motion activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and adhere to established care protocols.
  • Follow privacy policies and infection control measures diligently.
  • Offer companionship services, including reading and letter-writing assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Preferred: 1 year of relevant experience in a caregiving role.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions effectively.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Must meet state and federal training requirements; Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are welcome to apply.
