Registered Dietician

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietician to join our team at Senior Community Care of Michigan PACE. As a Registered Dietician, you will play a vital role in providing quality nutrition care to our participants.

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans for participants.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the nutritional needs of participants are met.
• Provide education and counseling to participants and caregivers on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
• Monitor and coordinate kitchen facilities to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate with contracted meal services to ensure meals meet the needs of participants.

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in food and nutrition or dietetics.
• Licensed in the state as a Dietitian.
• Registered Dietitian Certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Valid driver's license and means of transportation.
• Ability to clear Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.
