This position plays a crucial role in performing nuclear medicine procedures, preparing radiopharmaceuticals, and maintaining equipment according to established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of radiopharmaceutical preparation for scintigraphy, bioassay, and therapeutic procedures
- Conduct imaging and therapeutic procedures according to requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documents patient information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nuclear medicine
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Certified Nuclear Medical Technologist
- Three years' experience in nuclear medicine preferred
