Job Overview: We have an immediate hiring need for an AutoCAD Drafter in Galveston, TX. As a Drafter and Designer, you will work on various drafting and design projects, utilizing your skills in AutoCAD. This is a contract-to-permanent role that requires on-site work at our location in Galveston, TX.

Job Description:

This position involves creating accurate 2D drawings and models using AutoCAD, reviewing and optimizing designs to improve efficiency, and preparing layouts, plans, installations/construction drawings, and estimates for configuration of equipment architecture and support areas within the manufacturing shop.


Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD, generate accurate 2D drawings and models according to project specifications, and review and optimize designs to improve efficiency. Additionally, you must be able to prepare layouts, plans, installations/construction drawings, and estimates for configuration of equipment architecture and support areas within the manufacturing shop.

Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
