Global Trade Compliance Specialist

At Sellmark Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all export and import activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide trade compliance guidance and support to ensure effective compliance controls are in place.
Develop and implement the trade compliance program, working with various stakeholders to verify legalities and accuracy of submissions.
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and alignment of product-related import data in all systems.
Prepare and manage export authorizations, including ITAR and EAR licenses, agreements, and exemptions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in facilitating export or import transactions.
Proficient with ITAR, EAR, and FTR regulations.
Prior USML and ECCN classification experience preferred.
Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office products.
