We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team at The Will-Burt Company. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various components to assemble products.
Key Responsibilities- Fabrication: Fit up parts prior to welding, ensuring accurate and precise assembly.
- Welding: MIG or TIG various parts in different material types, adhering to quality standards.
- Inspection: Conduct dimensional inspections of parts and check quality requirements.
- Quality Control: Personally conduct all quality checks before moving to the Quality Department.
- Print Interpretation: Understand and interpret prints and technical drawings.
- Maintenance: Perform grinding, sanding, and cutting using a plasma cutter, as required.
- Adherence: Adhere to Lean Manufacturing initiatives, quality requirements, and all safety programs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Demonstrated success in fit-up of parts to be welded.
- Skills: Math and blueprint skills, self-starter capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.

- Regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to walk, climb, or balance, and talk or hear.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds.
