Job Summary:

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Bistro Server to join our team at our 128-room hotel in the Dallas Plano/The Colony area. As a Bistro Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking and serving orders promptly, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service standards.
• Do all necessary set-up and side work as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu and provide recommendations.
• Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system.
• Check food before serving it to guests to ensure that it meets our quality standards.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
