Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
Key Responsibilities- Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and place them in a dishwashing machine.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand and/or machine.
- Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster area.
- Clean garbage cans and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
