Cheese Brining Cage Loader

As a Cheese Brining Cage Loader at Dairy Farmers of America, you will be responsible for loading product into brine cages in a timely and orderly fashion, maximizing use of cage space and ensuring no damage to product. You will also inspect cheese for non-conforming product, remove such product, and return it to rework in a timely manner. Additionally, you will keep accurate counts of cheese on each layer of the cage, check and remove leftover product in cage shelves before loading, and change and clean brine filters as needed.
