Physical Therapist

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Lee, NH. As a Physical Therapist at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our Physical Therapy department.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in our outpatient clinic, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in our outpatient clinic
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient information and outcomes
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Supervise and mentor support staff as needed
- Current NH Physical Therapist License
- AHA or ARC BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire
- Minimum one month of staff Physical Therapist experience
- BS in Physical Therapy or BS in Science-biology, chemistry with a Physical Therapy Certificate
