We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. As a Mammography Technologist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality radiographic images for the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to breast imaging
- Produce high-quality radiographic images while interacting with patients in a caring and comforting manner
- Jointly responsible for performing quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA
- Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, which meets the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Mammography within 1 year of hire
- 2 years of full-time mammography experience
