About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will work with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, including non-operative and post-operative management of the spine, upper extremities, and lower extremities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and evaluate patient's physical therapy needs, developing a treatment plan with treatment goals directed towards maximizing function.
  • Consult with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordination and effectiveness of therapies provided.
  • Manage patient caseload assigned, prioritizing and monitoring admissions, referrals, and discharges.
  • Participate in activities directed towards increasing knowledge and skill, and professional development.
Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Must possess a current unrestricted license to practice physical therapy from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Must possess effective communication skills, analytical abilities, and sound knowledge in Physical Therapy to effectively manage a varied caseload.
