Job Requirements:

  • Maintains a positive demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in retail or service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Essential Functions:

  • Operates various office equipment and technology (e.g., cash registers, computers, phones, scanners).
  • Stands for scheduled shifts of up to 8 hours.
  • Moves around the store to assist customers and manage merchandise.
  • Lifts and carries items, with the ability to handle up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Pushes and pulls merchandise racks for restocking purposes.
  • Reaches, stretches, bends, and crouches to retrieve items and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Occasionally engages in manual tasks to set up displays or rearrange store layout.
  • Possesses the vision to read labels and assist customers with attention to detail.
  • Utilizes fine motor skills to sort and organize clothing effectively.
