Join our team as a Payroll Specialist in Utica, NY In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll functions of our clients, including calculating pay, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Your duties will include processing payroll, handling employee inquiries, and resolving payroll-related issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing timely support to management.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Proficiency in payroll software and Excel is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Applicants should have an Associate's degree in accounting or a closely related field, with two years of related accounting experience in a public agency or private business. Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalency with four years of related accounting experience in a public agency or private business is also acceptable.
