Job Summary:

Ingenium Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chemist - Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing field projects, ensuring safe and accurate job completion, and leading technician/chemist teams as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage field projects, including all facets, to ensure safe and accurate job completion.
  • Lead technician/chemist teams as required, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Perform chemical segregation and categorization when required, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.

Requirements:

  • Class B or Class A License with Airbrake and Hazmat Endorsements.
  • Proven experience in hazardous waste management, chemical operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
