Senior Vice President

As a Senior Vice President (SVP) - Private Banking Services at Gateway First Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of affluent clients, delivering customized banking solutions tailored to their financial aspirations.

• Offer specialized lending solutions and attract deposits from high-net-worth individuals.
• Employ various strategies to identify and engage potential new clients.
• Cultivate and enhance client relationships by effectively utilizing organizational resources.
• Supervise all private banking operations for high-net-worth clientele, ensuring superior service delivery.
• Establish strategic goals, including targets for deposits and loans, while executing impactful marketing strategies.
• Direct operations, streamline processes, and foster team development to achieve private banking objectives.
• Serve as a consultant for complex credit evaluations and manage a portfolio of sophisticated accounts.
• Identify and propose lending opportunities, monitor evolving client needs, and implement tailored strategies utilizing company offerings.
• Stay vigilant and report any suspicious activities or potential fraudulent actions.

• In-depth knowledge of private banking policies, procedures, and operations.
• Expertise in credit and deposit products, complemented by strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the capability to provide insightful advice to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking.
