Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct resident care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of non-licensed team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with family members and community physicians to develop personalized care plans.
- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance in all aspects of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing.
- Current state license as a Practical Nurse/Vocational Nurse.
- Minimum of one year experience in long term care, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, and/or full service operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
