Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a critical role within our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. This includes managing the front desk operation during the overnight shift, typically from 11 pm to 7 am.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests and manage room assignments
  • Process night audit reports and reconcile discrepancies
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be proficient in using hotel management software and have a strong attention to detail.
