Compensation:
The Registered Nurse (RN) position offers a competitive hourly rate of $34.92 - $47.00 per hour, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends. We believe that our employees deserve fair compensation for their hard work and dedication.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse at Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospital, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients who require extended hospital stays. Your duties will include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans
- Providing skilled nursing interventions to promote patient recovery
- Documenting patient progress and communicating with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- A valid State RN License is required.
- BLS is required at hire.
- ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
