About the Role

As a Financial Analyst in the Performance Management Office, you will play a key role in supporting projects related to Finance Transformation and other initiatives for the Lifestyle Division. You will work closely with the team to deploy best practices throughout the organization, identify and implement process improvements, and act as an integral member of the Lifestyle Finance team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the team in projects related to Finance Transformation and other initiatives.
  • Assist in the SAP S/4 Hana system implementation, collaborating with global process owners and subject matter experts to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Analyze current process standards and metrics to provide solutions for improvements.
  • Coordinate activities between Corporate Controlling, SBU controlling, BU controlling, regions, and functional areas to accurately forecast and plan the impact of actions on the P&L.
  • Prioritize and implement process change requirements based on critical needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to create and maintain documentation on process improvements, track progression, and process performance.
  • Other special and ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or other relevant fields.
  • 0-3 years of experience in relevant Finance and Accounting.
  • Functional working experience using SAP.
  • Experience in process and project management.
  • Previous experience working within a global matrixed organization.
