Job Overview

Salary
$20-$25 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Bartender to join our team at Eataly North America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and crafting unique beverage experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making, mixing, and pouring alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar and restaurant
  • Providing friendly, cheerful, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests
  • Preparing drinks, serving wine and bottled beers, and drawing draught beer from kegs
  • Interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary bar that meets Department of Health standards
  • Complying with all food and beverage regulations


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of beer and wine
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule often including nights and weekends
  • Ability to remain stationary for periods up to 8 hours in length
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and exert well-paced mobility
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use draughts, wine keys, cash registers/Point of Sales systems
