Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer, Software, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering, or another STEM discipline from an ABET-accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, design, analysis, and testing of developmental electronic systems.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, including RF communications, embedded systems, digital signal processing, and positional estimation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer, or related engineering fields from an ABET-accredited university.
  • Possession of a Top Secret clearance is preferred.
  • Experience in supporting Department of Defense projects.
  • Familiarity with digital signal processing and RF systems.
  • Experience in developing software interfaces for hardware.
  • Knowledge of optimization methods such as Kalman filtering.
  • Understanding of software-defined radio platforms and design processes.
  • Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
