1 Resource Group is in search of a proficient and knowledgeable Heavy Equipment Service Technician to become a vital part of our team.

In this role, you will be tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of heavy machinery.

This encompasses, but is not limited to, large-scale forklifts, generators, bulldozers, and front-end loaders.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems associated with heavy machinery.
  • Execute repairs and maintenance duties on diverse heavy equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to guarantee optimal functionality of machinery.
  • Maintain precise records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts utilized.
  • Collaborate with equipment operators to pinpoint and address any concerns or issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and uphold a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Travel to client locations for machinery maintenance and repairs as required.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Heavy Equipment Service Technician.
  • Robust mechanical and technical expertise in heavy machinery.
  • Experience with hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • DOT certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
