About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Employment Law Department in Sacramento. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile employment litigation cases and contribute to the firm's mission of fighting for justice and protecting the rights of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to resolve employment-related disputes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support case development and litigation.
  • Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in employment-related matters, including mediations and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve case goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • California State Bar license in good standing.
  • At least two years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Superior analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
