**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide 5-star ultra-luxury customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, resolving customer complaints and assisting with inquiries related to hotel services and operations.
  • Report any discrepancies, complaints, or important information to supervisors or appropriate personnel to ensure high-level guest satisfaction.
  • Dispatch and assist with all security requests and calls, responding to alarms, investigating disturbances, and monitoring suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor employee entrance/exit points, loading docks, and check in contractors, vendors, and visitors.
  • Generate clear and concise reports on thefts, internal/external guest injuries, damaged property, unusual occurrences, and normal patrolling results.
  • Patrol the interior, exterior, and perimeter of the property via foot and cart to preserve order and protect property and assets in various environmental situations.
  • Monitor phones and answer general inquiries and L&F to guests.
  • Provide basic first aid and CPR when needed.
  • Maintain a professional attitude when handling any crises and work with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience as a Security Officer for a luxury or ultra-luxury property and Fire Safety.
  • High school or equivalent education.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and able to perform job functions with attention to detail.
  • Previous luxury hotel security experience preferred.
