Salary: $18-$26.82 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Job Description: As a Nursing Assistant at Providence Alaska Medical Center, you will play a critical role in providing patient-focused care. Under the direct supervision of the bedside RN and charge nurse, you will facilitate a safe and secure environment for patients, families, and providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Medical Terminology course or successful completion of hospital Medical terminology test within 90 days of hire
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred
- 6 months of healthcare experience is preferred
