Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to join our team at CrossMed - Cath Lab. As a Cardiac Catheterization Specialist RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cath lab environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the cath lab, including preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, and monitoring patients during and after procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and procedures, including cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse or in a related field.
  • Current RN licensure and certification in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
