At Restore Hyper Wellness Westport, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hyper Wellness Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell memberships and packages to clients, aligning with their wellness goals and objectives.
• Provide tours to new clients, educating them on service pairings and promoting our unique wellness offerings.
• Assist clients with questions and concerns, ensuring a seamless experience through our various communication channels.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize multiple web-based platforms to communicate with leads and clients, streamlining the booking process and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and contraindications of our products and services, ensuring clients receive the best possible care.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including the use of checklists and sales dashboards, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

• Passion for health and wellness, with a strong desire to help others achieve their goals.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to manage multiple web platforms and communicate effectively with clients.
