Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Allied Health Professional to lead our Hearing Technologies Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the program's operations, including personnel and financial management, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hearing Technologies Program, including supervising staff and coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with hearing impairments.
  • Manage the program's budget and financial resources, including negotiating contracts with vendors and managing purchasing and billing processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes, including monitoring and evaluating program performance and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or audiology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting, preferably in audiology or hearing technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
