- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide medical guidance and support to healthcare staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations to promote health education and awareness.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an FQHC setting, with a focus on infectious disease care.
You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
